Construction Management services for General Contractors, provided site supervision for two BART Projects.

Civic Center Bike Facilty

Provided site supervision and project coordination.

Way Finding Phase 2: 16 Bart Stations

Provided site surveying, lead asbestos survey and removal supervision, trackway surveying, site supervision and installation of 500+ way finding signs to General Contractor and BART.

Structural Retrofit:

Provided analysis of foundations and retorfit solutions for earthquake safety prevention. We also retrofit foudations and provided foundation repairs.

Demo and install new hollow metal doors and FRP doors within the Delta Diablo Water Treatment Plant and near by Lone Tree Hill Golf Course.
