Sonny Silao
With more than 33 years of engineering experience, Manuel "Sonny" Silao is a master in his field. Manuel Graduated with a BS degree in Civil Engineering and Masters degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Santo Thomas in Manila, Philippines. He as been working with the Bay Area community for 25 years working along side various government agencies such as SFPUC, SFUSD, DPW, Parks Recreation, BART, SFO, and the Port of San Francisco. Manuel holds a Federal OSHA Health and Training certification and a Abestos Abatement certification. Manuel provides expert field supervision and is the lead estimating and bidding officer.
